Join Virtus Athletics for a sports performance clinic at St. Michael the Archangel High School weight room on Saturday, March 21st 2026 at 9am. This clinic is designed for middle school athletes looking to boost sports performance and high school athlete readiness.

This program focuses on developing strength and power in your youth athlete over the course of June & July. This program begins June 1st and ends July 30th and is Monday - Thursday.
All Athletes will have off the week of July 4th

Time: 3:30pm - 4:30pm
Lifting Days: Monday - Thursday
Grades: 5th - 8th
